Wanted to revisit this old topic.
Penne said she thought the air flow out of the rear living room vents was very low and asked if I would look at them.
I pulled off the covers and found the fiberglass ducts had collapsed to about 3/8" clerance from the pressure of the insulation on top of them. I could push it back up with my hand. I cut some 3/4" PVC tubing to 1 1/2" lengths and put in as an internal support for the ducts. This has improved the airflow so that it is about that of the other vents.
Photos attempt to show before and after.
