Hi all, Tim from Monroeville (near Pittsburgh) PA. We'll be picking up our '16 F350 Diesel SRW next week! Very excited but also very nervous! We don't have a trailer yet but are looking for a 5er in the 30' range. Getting close to retirement and wanted to start buying the bigger ticket items while we were still working! Might want to consider getting a dually. Fifth wheels should put 20-25% of their weight on the truck. For example an rv with a GVWR of 16,000 pounds could add 4,000 pounds to the back of your truck. I usually recommend buying the rv first, then you know how much truck you need!
