Sink drain

Hello
I have a 2007 Keystone Montana Mountaneer bhs319
My kitchen sink will not drain. I have snaked from the sink pipe and the roof vent with no results. I have measured out the length and know I have sent in the snake more than far enough and yet nothing. It seems no professionals do res. I live in Fall City WA. Any thoughts?
Thx for any help or referrals
Isaiah

Does your Montana have only one gray tank? If so, does bath lav and shower drain OK? Is it only the kitchen sink with the problem?
If it were me, I would clear out the undersink area and dis-assemble the plumbing under there just to make sure it is clear (even tho you said you snaked it) over to the drain pipe to the gray tank.
If the line is clear to the drain to the tank, and you ran a snake down the vent, then I don't have any clue what the problem may be.
Did this just happen? Has it been a problem before? Had the trailer long?

Sink drain

Hello Wingnut
Thx for replying!
It has only 1 gray tank. The other drains are fine. I did take apart the p-trap, no blockage. I was thinking of capping off the threaded pipe ends under the sink and going up top and stuffing a hose with a jet style tip and water blasting to see if that works. I just don't know what kind of mess that might make somewhere else in the trailer. I recently bought it from an older couple who seldom used it. I was told mice sometimes build nests in the pipes. There is evidence of mice under counter drawers and return air vent. Old evidence.
When I snaked it some leaf debris and grass came up the sink. Afterwords, I snaked again and still no draining. Stumped!!!
The plumbing lines c. Annot be seen because of basement

I think the hose idea is a start--if the vent is straight into the tank....I would send the hose down first open-ended and see how far you get, open the gray tank drain and then start some water thru the hose and see if it comes thru. Would not force any water thru until last resort--might cause a problem that would require more tearing apart in the basement. If you get water coming out the tank drain, then the vent pipe is ok. If water doesn't come out the drain, then there is a blockage above the tank. If you get water to come out, then the problem is somewhere between the sink and the vent pipe?
Sounds weird, tho. Hope you get it figured out.
Joe

Smile Sink drain

Wingnut

I love Keystone Corp. called the this morning, explained the problem, presto change, there was a valve in between the trailer tires that needed to be opened.
Whoosh!!
Now there working on my slide out lighting problem. Should have called them first and save time and money.
Thanks for your feedback!

Glad it was that simple. What is wrong with the lights?
