Cold weather running water/frozen

I'm living in my 5th wheel and went away only to come back to no running water. Temp here is 28. Have a barn adjacent to camper and get water from a supply line coming out of the ground with a spigot. Put the heated garden hose on but too late I suppose. Any ideas?

'heated garden hose'? what is that? Did you get a commercial hose or wind a heat tape around the hose? 28 not too bad, kind of depends on how long/sun on the hose next day/etc. Just heating the hose does nothing for the spigot piping or the connection at the trailer--all of that has to be protected. Many times, just inside the trailer wall is not insulated around the connection nor heated, and will freeze just inside the wall.
