Broken toilet flange
I have a 2015 unit,removed toilet and found flange broken, does the flange unscrew or is it glued.

It is eld in place with two or three screws. Buy a new flange from Amazon.

it's glued to the pipe. standard 3" toilet flange from any hardware section. cut off and reinstall using a fernco rubber fitting

Home Depot flange repair. Several different ones. I prefer the red one with wings (not all stores carry that one) so you can add screws to the floor rather than relying on existing flange screws.
