Raising the Trailer

So it looks like the previous owner had the axles flipped & a MorRide system welded in. Is there any safe way to gain another 2-3"? I am still nose high. These 4th gen. Ram 2500's really sit high from the factory. I suppose some kind of fabricated blocks between the axle & leaf springs would be a no no.
