New truck old hitch

Hello all,

I just closed on a 2020 Dodge Ram to tow our 5th wheel back to Alaska, it comes with the 5th wheel prep package which uses a mount adaptor.

The 5th wheel comes with a(2000?) Reese Classic 18k mount but I cant read the part# on the tag.

-Has anyone matched up an old Reese with this new mount adaptor system?

-Can anyone help me identify the mount?
