Maxx air inside trim

I really don't know why I have so much trouble with simple crap. I have 3 MaxxAir's and two are installed with one edge of the inside trim on a ceiling panel strip. That elevates the edge, which has resulted in cracking and breaking. I thought these were standard size, 14x14, and ordered 2, which turned out to be 13.5x.13.5. Now I'm checking closer and finding 16x16 and other sizes. What the heck is the size of this inside trim ring? Yes, I can measure mine, but it is an off size, not standard. Inside is a little over 13 and the outside is 15x15. I can't find anything that size.
