50 amp rv outlet install

I have installed an outlet in my RV garage, but now need one by the carport at my home for when it parked there after a trip. This time, I've decided to install a box with an additional 20 amp outlet, and it's own 50 amp circuit breaker. My confusion, with which I need advice, is how to wire it in the panel. Is there a special way, or do I need an additional 50 amp breaker in the panel? I can easily wire the breaker, but don't know why it would two; one in the box and one in the panel. Please, no chastising, I don't care if you do have 40 years of experience. Please offer useful advice.
