St Lawrence Seaway Trip

We're planning on going to Quebec from Main and then down the St Lawrence seaway to Niagara Falls and back along the bottom of the finger lakes to Letchworth St Park and Watkins Glenn.

Has anyone visited the St Lawrence seaway area? We have a 38' 5th wheel & wondered where would be a good place (or places?) to stay. The St. Lawrence is rather long. It looked like Alexandria Bay in NY might be a good area, and we definitely want to go on one of the river cruises to see Boldt Castle & see the locks. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Gary

There are lots of places to park along the CDN or USA side of the St. Lawrence.

Here is some info on ones we have used. We like to use a base camp and do a lot of side trips. We stayed at the Massena CG for a couple of weeks and took side trips in just about all directions within 75 miles of the CG.
