Remote not working

My remote works only for the patio light, every thing works off individual switches. Batteries have been replaces. Any ideas?

Can't help on the problem--I don't have remotes for those items.

If the lights are turned on by the switch, it must be turned off with the switch. They can only be turned off with whatever was used to turn them on.
