Soft Spot in Floor

I purchased a new 2005 Cruiser CF29RK in April, born date 3/23/05. Have been out of state since then living in unit and loving it. I'm wondering if any other owners have experienced the following problem. There is a soft spot in the floor at the foot of the bed. I can pinpoint the problem by looking under the floor from the front storage compartment . You can see the floor flexing a little, but doesn't appear to be damaged or broken. I have informed the dealer in Jacksonville and will be taking the unit to them upon returning to Florida. The floor in this area runs the width of the unit and has no bracing. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue

I have a 2005 built in march / april Has the same soft spot at the foot of the bed. Factory says, it,s a full piece of plywood under the rug. I think it has a seam at the soft spot, also think the nails are missing or pulled loose I will post the results very soon, I am about to pull the rug up, and repair it. I have a CF29RE model.
