Vertical slide windows

I have a 2017 DRV 39BDRS3. The bedroom slide windows and the living room slide windows will not stay up. They will go up, but eventually come slamming down. Does anyone know how to make adjustments on these windows so that they will stay in place??

We have the same unit as you do. I had the same problem. If you notice when the windows are up the two sliding levers are suppose to snap into notches in the window frame. You'll notice that the rubber gasket also is notched. The two notches, rubber notch and window frame notch, do not line up. I ended up cutting the rubber gasket so it lined up with the frame notch. That solved the problem.

Not sure why the two notches didn't lined up. Perhaps because the rubber gasket shrunk or slipped out of position?

Exactly the same problem on mine--solution same as golf bears....still have some problems lining the notch and peg up, but the window stays up once the rubber gasket is out of the way.
