I believe 75-90 is recommended. At least on our little RV’s.

I'm with him on this. Mine are oil bath also. my truck. Never seen one without.

You are right Porkchop. I drive tractor trailer here in Maine and all our trucks are licensed for 100,000 pounds. We, and every other truck in Maine run oil bath. In an emergency if you lose a seal you could pack it with hard grease.
