Norcold Fridge Freezer getting to cold

Yes our Norcold Fridge Freezer is getting to cold.I've just installed the Snip the Tip fix but its still wanting to take the fridge below zero freezing the contents.
I have even tried fixing this unit to the fins in desperation but it still gets to cold.
The only thing I can think is that the circuit board is faulty?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Please clarify a couple of things.
#1. What is the "Snip the Tip Fix"?
#2. Is the lower part of the unit what's below freezing or the upper or both?

Sorry but it should be "too cold".
