Cameo carriage question

I have a 03 cameo carriage that I need a upper shower door pivot hinge for. Any ideas as to where to get one or how to fix would very much be appreciated. Thanks !

Try this contact, they supply a lot of shower doors to the industry. It is a name/number from long ago, but maybe???
