Washer/dryer won’t fit

The Splendide stackables don't fit in front bedroom closets. About an inch too short. Is it feasible to cut a hole in ceiling? Ceiling drops as it moves to front of camper. Cyclone 4200.

Or, I can put a smaller Pinnacle dryer on top that will fit but have heard negative things about pinnacle dryer and washer. But I’d think the dryer is a much simpler machine and shouldn’t be as “needy”. . Help!

We have the Splendide stackables--66" floor-to-top of dryer. You have less than this space vertically? Our dryer is sitting directly on top the washer, no gap.

Hey Joe, the Cyclone 4200 height is 64” in back. But works in front. Drops from front to back.

Yes. Think it to be the only alternative WN. At least it would be in a cabinet. *♂️*♂️

We have the stackable in our front closet. It was possible because they extended the front wall out that has the doors in it. That allowed the W/D to be moved forward to clear the ceiling.

So you have the Splendide stackables that are 66” high front to back and it fits? What do you mean by “they extended the front wall out” ? Do you have a 4200?
Thx!

IMG_1551.jpgI have an Alpine. When I bought it the brochure showed a W/D in the right side of the closet. I ask the dealer to install them and they would not fit due to height. I complained to the factory and they rebuilt the W/D space by extending it about five inches into the bedroom. I have attached photos.

Aahhhhh I see. Wish I thought of that. But I like that better than cutting a hole in ceiling and maybe cutting something important. Thx!

Might I suggest an all-in-one unit. We have a LG ventless washer/dryer all-in-one unit and it works great. No need to stack. No need to cut. No need to build out.
