Clarification - Offer is for current members. 4 years is tacked onto the end of current membership. You will have to call the 800 number. Bought it. Hope they stay in business.

Got the offer also--haved used PPA several times, but keeping up with the dropout CGs and the daily rules is a real hassle.

Have experienced the drop out problem. Last night stay on our way home in August after 2 months on the road. Macon GA Shriner's Club Campground. Listed in my PA paper directory. Arrived, no registration, told to choose a site and someone would be by later. Actually a very nice campground. What I expected from the Shriner's. So next morning preparing to leave someone came by and charged me full price. I said "you are listed as a PA participating campground" . Called PA and asked "What's up?" Was pointed to the addendum in the back of the book listing "drops" after printing the directory. Sure enough, the Shriner's campground was at the top of the list for GA! Lesson learned: use the online directory. Still believe PA is a wise investment for those without deep pockets.
