Freezing weather tank maintenance

We’re living FT this winter in Pa and wondered how to maintain the tanks to keep from freezing. Should we leave open 24/7? Add antifreeze from time to time?
I’m gonna put hay around bottom of camper as well. Any input appreciated!

I would not use Hay all though it does work but it does attract Critters like mice
found this out when we were at the Christmas tree lot
get some wood to skirt it
