Lifted truck towing

Hi guys. Just purchased a 2020 diesel superduty. I’d like to put a 4” lift and 37s on this truck. However, I was also looking at towing a fifth wheel in the future with it. Will this be too tall for a fifth wheel and if so why, and if not what will be my options.

I have a 2019 SuperDuty Diesel (Dually). I don't know that 4 inches would matter that much, especially if you have automatic levelers.

I would be far more concerned about how it might affect the ability to hold the pin weight. We have a giant 44' 20K GVWR fifth wheel. The pin weight is somewhere between 4K and 5K lbs, can't remember exactly. I wouldn't want to be messing with my suspension in any way than the factory intended.... while needing to pull my home down the road.

Ford guy, if you bought an F250 you're going to be mighty low on cargo capacity. Can I ask you to post a picture of the yellow and white sticker from the door pillar. No, don't read the stuff from Ford's brochure or website.
