TV set removal

I wanted to pull out the TV set in our 294L Everest a while back but could not figure out how to do it. You would think it would be simple to just slide it out, perhaps pulling loose from velcro etc. It would not budge and I did not see any bolts or retainer strips holding it in place. Finally, I ask if any other Everest owner had had similar experience on another forum. It took a while but eventually I got the answer. near the front and hidden behind a trim piece, there are two screws in the bottom of the shelf going up into the base of the Television set base. You probably need to unstick the DVD unit from it's velcro retainer and slide it out or back out of the way. Then you can get a screw driver in there to back out the screws. It seems like a crude way to do it but as long as the screws do not penetrate any of the electronics in the TV, it works fine. I just thought someone outhere will eventually need to remove the set and could use this info. You will not find it in the Everest manual and if your dealership is like ours, they will not know.
