Goodyear tire blowout

Blew 2 of our new updated Goodyears with less than 3000 miles on them and goodyear would not cover anything - said it was caused by roadd hazard and we did not buy the road hazard insurance. Chaged all 8 as soon as we could. Anyone want 2 good goodyears that where $300 each????????????????

Were these tires sent to GY to be diagnosed??? Or a non GY owned Store told you this????

You certainly could have had a road hazard but it needed to be analyzed.

Goodyear decided from the pictures. Unfortunately the tires where left in Texas so we could not send them in.

Always when having a GY Tire issue "IF" possible to to a GY "OWNED" Store.

In the middle of Texas was find ANY tire store especially when your looking at one that blew and one that looks like tread is separating. This was 2019 so I no longer have the pictures or at least could not find them today. will look at some backups when I have the time just in case.

Tread separation on these tires do happen and that should have been taken care of for a fact.
