Not sure what we bought? 38’ or 39’

So we just what we bought we thought is a 38 RESB3 and it’s the layout we really liked but the previous owner just sent me the 2016 sales brochure with all floor plans and we have the rear tv n fireplace n the L shaped couch n the triangle cabinet that follows the countertop above and the lettering on the side by the door says 38 RESB3,but the only model in the brochure with rear tv n that type of kitchen is a 39 RESB3? We don’t have a rear window behind the tv.Do you think they labeled it wrong? I wil call DRV to see what they say, here are the pictures of brochures

I can tell you that DRV can label them wrong. I have a 36RSB3 yet by the door and on the frame it has 36TKSB3.

I’m sure anything is possible but knowing the previous owner now custom ordered it with a 60” tv n no back window tv is fixed mounted doesn’t conceal in cabinet probably to big?
