slide out motor brands and #'s for Carriage Cameo 35CKQ

Have an 04 carriage cameo 35CKQ since it was new. After getting home from a trip the kitchen slide would not go out. Can hear the motor running. Got underneath and found that the motor mounts (2) that the 7/16" bolts screw into have broken off the motor. There is no brand or part # on the motor. Does anyone have info on the brand and part #'s? Is it possible to just replace the face plate that the mounts are part of? The gear set looks fine after pulling the safety cover off and using a crescent wrench to turn the drive shaft does move the slide in both directions. I also have a spare landing gear motor, brand is Von Weise, that the front plate is (i think) the same, but the motor is different, it's faster turning, and slimmer then the slide out one, and end gear is different. Might be able to swap that face plate, not sure about the gears. anyone have experience with this? This is a 3 bolt motor mount, not the newer 5 bolt system
