2009 Elite Suites 36TK3 windows

Our DRV has the painted metal graphics over windows with small crank out bottom sections. the window over dresser in bedroom had been removed from crank arms and swung open. Now the top edge next to exit window is not fully engaged at hinge. this causes window to have a angled swing to have bottom rear edge of glass 3/4" forward of exit window and bottom edge slightly below opening for glass to seal in. any aid in helping getting top hinge reset back into frame is greatly appreciated!
