Mobile Suites slide gears breaking

We have a new 2009 Mobile Suites - 36RSSB3. Have had it only 3 months. Had 3 slides break. 1st slide to break on door side because bolts were put in wrong. 2nd and 3rd slide break was on off door side. 3rd time slide broke on way home from having it fixed.
Linoleum ripped from slide breaking. Dealers don't fix that , we have to find some one to do that ourselves. They will send linoleum to us.
Also have trouble with nails coming out of woodwork at base of both slides along the couch area.
The drip tray leaks in the fridge. Hopefully that issue has been resolved.
Have paint chipping on edge of door.
Anyone having these issues?

We had one gear that went south on the door slide. But that was after three years of use. We were in Goshen when it went (Talk about being lucky) and was replaced by Lippert and I have not yet received a bill. And that was about a month ago. Nothing is perfect, just keep the faith, after you get all the bugs out you will enjoy your DRV. We also had many start up flaws, which were very unpleasant at the time, but after working thru them and thinking back it was no big deal. Just keep on trucking, and keep on calling DRV.

Ron S..........

Excellent advice on an age old problem with all RV's. There is always something wrong with them that needs a little tweak or major repairs.
