Selling our Mobile Suites (PRICE REDUCTION)

Hi everyone,
We have decided to settle down in Eastern TN. So we are selling our 2005 36TK3. It was recently remodeled as you will see from some of the pictures attached. It has a free standing sink with counter that is no longer attached so you can walk thru the backside. Our 2005 was one of the last 2005’s made before they switched over to the new 2006’s. We do have the IS (Independent Suspension)(no Axles) and we have the Morryde pin Box. This set up with the TrailSaver hitch makes for one sweet ride.
It has the 17.5 H wheels. ( you could get the rating plate for 20,000# from the factory if you want.)
Two AC’s,(1 with Heat pump).
Washer and Dryer
We very recently replaced the refrigerator
We have the King size Bed with a Sleep number mattress (purchased last year)
And many other extras for full timing……
We are asking $44500.00
We will sell the Hitch for $1500.00 separate after we sell the rig or make a deal with the Rv. It was purchased in 2008. If you are interested or know someone please contact us, we would like to sell asap!

Nationalmultilist.com I think is another.

RVTalk.com has a lot of traffic, you have to join.

We would like to sell this before the winter. We could make someone a sweet deal. We would even consider selling our 2003 1 Ton Dodge with it as a package if someone didn't have the tow vehicle ( for a very reasonable price)

We are now in our new home. What a change. Lots to buy and lots to do!
We would really like to sell the Suite yet before the end of the year if possible and we are reducing the price by $3000
Was - $44,500
Now - $41,500
If anyone is interested or knows anyone who would be interested in a well maintained Mobilesuite let us know.
