I know this is an old thread, but since I read it recently, I thought someone else might also read it now looking for someone to come to a location to replace a window and not have to take the RV to a shop.
There is a shop in the Oxford/Anniston, Alabama area that has a Tech that knows an awful lot about working on RVs in nearby RV parks. Look up "Minton". There primary work is repairing big trucks. However, they also do RVs.
I had a double pane window take a rock on my trip to Alaska last year. It shattered the outer pane, but not the inner pane. I got out the old duct tape and secured the inner pane real well and continued on to my home base in Alabama. After I setup, I contacted Minton.
The RV guy came to the park and noted all the info he needed and took pictures. He called me a couple of days later to tell me the only way he could get the window was to order the entire multi-window assembly that cost $1,200 just for the window assembly. He then told me he knew a place locally where he could get only the broken window made saving me a nice piece of change.
I was a bit reluctant but after some discussion, I told him to go ahead with "plan-B" and have it made. He had to remove the entire assembly and take it to his shop. He covered the opening real well with plastic sheeting and tape. It held up nicely.
He came back with the new, double pane window installed in the assembly and re-installed the assembly in the trailer. He did a great job the first time, "but they ain't cheap". I was pleasantly surprised.
So, if, and when, I need a window replaced again, I'm certainly going to call them again.
I also had them replace an awning and pull my refrigerator out. Then I had to call the manufacturer to send their Tech out to replace the control board. Then the RV guy from Minton came back out to re-install the refrigerator back in the hole. I had him do some other repair work also that was rather minor compared to the window, awning, and refrigerator.
