Tecma Toilet Water Level

Anyone have the Tecma toilet and successfully reprogrammed the water level?

I followed the instructions posted on the lid. I press and hold the two buttons. The bowl empties. I am continuing to hold the buttons. The LED never blinks and eventually the bowl fills to the previous level.

I've tried 3 times. 🤔🤔

I posed this question to the factory last month. I was thinking like you that I could set the water level to my choice. Wrong. When you hold the buttons down, you are setting it to a preset level. The level should be between 1/4" - 1/2" above the opening.

My Tecma toilet operates according to the manual. I have adjusted the water level a couple of times. I hold both buttons and the water stops filling when I release them - then after flushing, the water level is where I set it.

Our experience also.

I've tried the method listed under the toilet lid as well as the process outlined in the manual (they are worded slightly different). Neither work.

When I am in a CG that has lower water pressure, the water level comes up to just under the opening. This is when I try to adjust the level. When in a CG that has better pressure, it is about 1/2" above the opening.

Next week I'll be in my "home" CG for the winter. If the level is not good, I will call customer service.

Best I can tell when you are setting the water level all you are doing is setting the time the solenoid is open.

I have mine set for about 1/4" above using the onboard pump. That way I have the minimum water usage when not on a sewer hookup. I'll either use the water pump or regulate the park pressure down to about the pumps output.
