yellow material bulging under trailer.

Hello. I am new to 5th wheeling and was hoping I could be steered in the right direction when it comes to purchasing a used unit.

I was viewing a 2018 Elkridge with the hopes of purchasing when I noted these problem areas....

1. some bulging of yellow foam from underneath the trailer..

2. The one above the slide was said to have been repaired by drilling a small hole at the top of the crack and filling with epoxy?? ( can't recall what was said was used but claims it was done by a professional.

3. Damage to the front when it slipped off the hitch when trying to move the trailer. The lock hadn't been engaged.

I have included pictures for feedback as I do not wish to purchase someone else's problems..

Thank you in advance

Run while you still can!

Looks like you're losing insulation (or about to) from the under belly. Don't like it when the siding is cracked, torn or whatever and the front is sure chewed up. Cost a bunch to fix it up.
