No more GRAND for 2006

There will not be a GRAND in 2006. the Grand and Experience will be combined and it will be called Experience. So its just the ROYAL and the EXPERIENCE.............
Humm, I liked the name GRAND better than EXPERIENCE..........they still have lots of floorplans and models....

Why don't more of you use this web site??? No one ever posts here. Maybe its because TETON OWNERS GROUP has thier own personal web site, or is it because we just never have and problems with our TETONs?

Well now that should cause some posts!
Jump in you guys!

Question for Teton Owners

Hi, I would like to ask current past Teton owners what they thing of their rigs and if and what kinds of problems have you had with your rig? We are in the process of purchasing a Scottsdale model in the coming months.
Please help if you can!

So, Mike, does this mean the Experience will now have the 36" storage compartment, and the one-level floor in the bed/bath, like a lot of the competition is going to? Or are they going to shortcut it and force you into a Royal to get those features (which in my opinion would be a huge marketing mistake and cause a loss of sales).

Starting in 2006 all units will have 40" storage area. Its HUGE. Yep the bedroom bath floors will all be one level. They have combined the Grand and Experience into one unit and it will be called Experience. This is nothing new, they have done this before over the years. My last Teton was a 1999 Grand and in 1999 it was the top of the line. The 1992 I had before that was a Kingman and was also top of the line for that year. So its pretty common for them to switch the lines around. They tell me they will have a lighter, shorter unit available that can be towed with a 3/4 ton pickup. I haven't seen one, nor have I seen the spec sheets.

They must be doing something right, they have over 150 units on special order.

Jack, you need to get in touch with Jake Hart, president of Hart's RV in Butte, MT. He is a super guy to work with and gave us the best price. What he did was gave us the most trade in on our 99. thats what brought the bottom line down. If you describe your unit to him (including all the accessories) he will work out a price site unseen. We've never met him in person, all this was done on the phone. Our friends bought from him and were very pleased as well. The Factory has a very high opinion of him too. Believe me that helps. They like working with him and will do a lot for him. They say he is very honest.

Better get your order in, thier selling like hot cakes!

Where you going this winter, after the balloon fest? Are you comming back to Florida? Due to fuel prices and avalibility, we may stay in Tallahassee a little longet this winter. Also we have a lot at North Ranch if you need to use it....

Mike,

We are not coming back east this winter, unless we have to. We willbe in the SW afer the balloon fiesta. If you head back that way let us know. We would definatelyl like to link up.

I might take you up on your kind offer of the lot at NR, if we get up that way. We like that park and almost bought one of the large lots on the back row. I wish I had.
