Considering a 2011 36RSSB3...

Hi all,

I'm considering a 2011 36RSSB3.

The unit appears clean in good order.

I'm looking for feedback on this model.

I'm also curious to know how anyone feels about having a 15k and a 13.5k unit in the Texas summers. I'm concerned that it's not bringing enough A/C.

Any thoughts?

Plasma, the max you would have access to would be two 15K's and you wouldn't notice the difference with them over the 13.5K. Your 36 doesn't come equipped with three AC's. We have two 15K'S and have not had a problem in south Florida.

Is the bedroom AC the 13.5? That will be plenty to keep that area cool--don't think I would worry if that is the only concern about the unit so far. Not sure what year DRV had the Schwintek (sp) slide system on the front bedroom--if this one has the silver "RR" tracks on the sides, it may be a problem later.

99% sure no swt. slides.

Also, this unit has the queen size bed, and I'm wondering what would be required to convert it to a king.

My mind says remove one night stand, remove the bed platform, build and install new platform and put mattress on it.
