Camper Carpet

I am no where ready to carpet in my camper yet, but maybe next year this time. How does one install carpet in a camper with all the slide outs? Seems like it would be very difficult to get it tucked under all of the slides. Please tell me you don't have to remove the slides to properly re-carpet.

Never have messed with the carpet, but will need to upgrade some day to probably wood flooring. Lots of how-tos on the YouTube.com, just start looking at them, you'll get a feel for how easy/hard it may be.

What Joe said. Replace the carpet with a hard surface. Cleaner and we think it looks better. And very easy to do.

If you ever winter in the Rio Grande Valley, there are several shops that do the RV carpet work.

Did this in the spring. Holding up well. Home Depot flooring, look on line for THE MORTONS FIFTH WHEEL or something like that, they have several good videos, the one on flooring is excellent and what we followed.
