Filling gaps

I was under the rig a couple weeks ago (see Sig) and foaming the gaps, I noticed in the front compartment a hole in the top where cabling went into the bedroom area (I'm guessing to operate the slide). The hole was about 3 inches across and the cabling took up maybe 1 inch of that hole. I took and put a chuck of firm foam in there cut a little larger then the whole so it would fill in around the cables. I'll keep you posted to see if there is anything more like that...

Sounds like it was a good entry point for mice

That was the reasoning behind going underneath and searching those spots out in the first place.. I use that expandable foam any place I thought would be a good point of entry.. Has worked well in my other trailers...

We ordered a couple cans of the black stuff like the factory uses from a pond supply house.
Do a search for black expanding foam on Google.
