Broken fender

I’ve gone through 2 fenders on my 2021 Grand Design 150 series already, they crack around the screw holes, break and fall off. How can I keep this from happening again. I’ve tried putting rubber washers on the screws but that doesn’t work. Any ideas?

back the screws with small washers and don't over tighten.

I bought a small fiberglass kit and put that around each screw hole.


I took the fender off and put the fiberglass on the backside of the fender
