Gray Water Tank won't drain
Well, a bran new Fuzion 427 and the gray tank won't drain. It drained last week no problem. It has 2 gray and 2 black tanks due to the 1/2 bath i'm sure. Guess i need to use that to clean dishes and shower!
ANyway, any ideas? I reverse flushed with a garden hose through exterior drain, snaked it, to no avail. I suppose i could go to roof and flush with hose from top as well but not sure of the 4 vents, which is which. Oh boy.......beat goes on...

You will need to explain to us how you know it won't drain (Gauge?), does the cable pull still feel "normal," does the cable pull feel like it is operating in both directions? You say you 'snaked' it, from where to where?

The iN·command control center says “full”. water in the main bath and shower is now coming out of the drains. The cable pull seems normal both ways yes. Think I mentioned i snaked from black/gray water waste drain on exterior of rig (3” black pvc). Back toward tank. Seemed it hit a dead end.

The valve cable may be separated--for some reason the valve is not opening no matter what the 'feel' is--can you trace the drain lines back to the valves? OR, there is a blockage in one of the lines itself.
First, do both of the grey tanks empty out of the same drain? If so, the blockage must be downstream of the junction of the lines, or it would back up into one area only.
Don't see any way but to expose the grey drain line(s) in the underbelly and start disassembling. Not fun, 'cause everything is put together glued....if you have to cut a line, keep in mind that you can get rubber connectors at Lowes/HD that clamp lines together instead of trying to re-glue.

No. Two separate tanks. One for rear bath one for main. Form a T then empty to outside. Agree. I’ll have to tear it apart. Thx!

If both lines join into one, and water backs up in both areas that lines serve, then the blockage should be AFTER the junction of the lines, other wise the water would back up into only one area--keep this in mind as you trace/look at the lines. Lucky you, not the black water lines.... If you find the blockage, hope it is something that won't repeat after reassembly.

Sounds to me like the cable has separated from the valve and is not opening at all.
Do not rely on the indicator inside. Ever. They usually last about 1 time and them are inaccurate. Good luck

I'm also leaning towards the cable end having turned loose from the valve. I would cut a flap in the coroseal AFTER I figured out where it was located. Make sure you cut it neatly and have the appropriate tape to repair the flap. I have had good luck with black Gorilla tape, but I'm sure there are probably better products.

Problem solved! You will not believe this, BUT, I took cut a hole in bottom of rig while another guy opened/closed valve. Guess what? The factory has the gray and black tanks switched! Yes. AND at the iN·Command panel, same thing. Why did I find out now? Only used it once and opened and closed black and gray tanks relatively close to the same time. Can’t do that without sewage. To top it off, I wondered why my electric on water heater wasn’t working on trip one. Replaced heating element. Nope. Tested thermostats with multimeter. Nope. What was it? Yep. They FORGOT to plug it in behind the panel!
The joke keeps playing on.

Well, sometimes the simple answers escape us. From what I have been reading, the digital control-all apps can be great or just the pits. And if this is the end of the factory goofs you discover, you will be very fortunate.
Might be something at this link to help, if you aren't already aware of it:

Have fun.

A thing that will help is a clear drain fitting. That way you know what's coming out of your tanks. If you have a black tank flush you know it works when clear not black is coming from the drain.

'Lemon Laws' vary from state to state, and usually a very involved process and could be costly unless the state is firmly on your side. Mfgs have lots of lawyers, you don't. Might google for RV Lemon Lawyers, there are some who are beginning to specialize in this.
I can tell you---document EVERYTHING, EVERY contact/phone call by name/time/date, save emails.

From Pennsylvania: https://www.dmv.org/pa-pennsylvania/.../lemon-law.php
It doesn't appear that RV's are covered.

So far, he is not any where near 'lemon law' status...it doesn't happen with RVs like with cars.
