LaZBoy Pinnacles

I visited the LaZBoy store, and loved the Pinnacle!
They said they don't drop ship; Kyle at DRV
Had said to send them.

I figure that's a nonissue- they should easily
fit through the door.

I was quoted $699. each, for the C grade leather.

So what did the rest of you do, and how
much did you pay, and is there a cheaper way to get
them?
Thanks!

Beachgirl,

Just hang around for Delaine and Lindy (the View) to check in. I'm pretty sure that they went with the Pinnacles, although I think theirs are fabric instead of leather. Very comfortable for the short time that Jo and I got to sit in it. "It" being the Pinnacle Reclina-Way loveseat.

When we went shopping in the La-Z-Boy store in Oklahoma City, we took a liking to and bought the La-Z-Boy Reclina-Way loveseat in the Maverick style. It fit Jo better than the Pinnacle (she's shorter) and it actually cost a little less. However, the Maverick is a little longer than the Pinnacle as loveseats. I don't remember the size comparison for just recliners.

The Maverick loveseat is in what they call the Saddleback color:

We've bought the Pinnacle rocker recliners and the 2 different loveseats. They should be able to send out of the closest warehouse to the Factory. We've purchased from Lzyby store in Fredericksburg, VA and they sent from their MD warehouse to the CG in Madison, VA. Bought in Winston-Salem, NC and they sent it from Raleigh warehouse up to Mt Airy, NC.

But then again, why worry about that.

Order and have them shipped to your house. As soon as you pick up the Suite, you can put them in yourself. The recliners come in 2 parts wrapped in plastic. Not hard to store for a few weeks. Or pick them up yourself and save the $50 or so charge.

We bought our recliners on sale in AL. No room to store while Suite was being made, so David didn't pick them at the warehouse until right before we MS was ready at the dealer.

I don't remember the name of the Re-cline away Love seat we have but its been use it in 3 different 5th wheels. We also have the same in the stick house but we also have the same color and fabric in a re-cline away couch that we have also in the stick house.

We have had leather Lazy Boys in the past also but due to cost we downgraded to the fabric. We don't have a couch in the 5th wheel, we have a Lazy Boy recliner and the furr kid Montana uses the other corner.

We have always used Lazy Boy products because they are easy to handle and light weight and they are well built.

Just pulled the receipt but had a stock number but no name, however their were purchased in June of 2007.

Website says starting at $799, so you are getting a much lower price.

Finally found my receipts: Just over 2yrs ago, the Pinnacle rocker/recliners in saddle leather in Birmingham (also on sale) were $729.97 ea. Tax was extra.

Also bought on Sale in NC. The 1yr old reclina-way Pinnacle Loveseat in almond leather: $1579.99 + tax and $69.99 delivery charge. Website says starting at: $1129. Which I imagine that is in cloth, since they have more color choices.

It was about the same price at the Hickory Furniture Mart. We never checked at a furniture store to compare prices. But have heard furniture stores may have more room for negotiations.

Thank you! I guess that's not such a bad price after all! I'm thinking of the saddle color too.

We finalized our MS order today! :D
