Could you expand on just why this info is needed? Noticed the same question on SOITC and it got hammered (guess I did the same). How about helping us with a reason, because I think it is an off-the-wall question with an almost 0% chance of getting a response.

Good enough. There may be some online search functions for VINs that may help for a fee.
