Bike Rack on Pin Box

I am interested in mounting a modified receiver hitch to the pin box. It looks like it could be bolted on with existing holes on the box. Then I would use a bike rack designed for mounting on a receiver hitch. It would put the bikes in the area high above the truck bed between the 5er and the cab. I am using a Pullrite Superglide hitch so I think as it slides back in turns, there will be plenty of clearance. Besides, the bikes would not extend out as far as the corner of the trailer. It looks like it would work but I am wondering if anyone else with an Everest, Superglide, shortbed truck setup has tried it. Any opinions??
