Not sure, but have seen many that AREN'T rodeworthy....

With enough time and money you can make almost anything roadworthy, but why would you? With much less time and about the same money you can have a roadworthy late model 5th wheel.

Unrestored, probably something back into the mid 1980's... Restored we have seen several 5th wheels from the late 40's early 50's with match year trucks.
