Funny you should bring that up. I just today read a great article on how satnav maps are made.
Loaded CoPilot Live for Android to my Galaxy Tab 10.1 because of it. I've also got a Garmin NUVI in the truck with lots of custom POIs. (Hell, I even have a Garmin Oregon and a Driod RAZR. Guess, I'll NEVER get lost.)
