brake performance

i recently replaced both axles on my 36 sb3 with brand new units. while the brakes work very well, they seem to have more delay in engaging than before. any thoughts?

What controller are you using to activate the brakes? Discs or drums? New assemblies or old ones?
And welcome to the forum.

axle replacement

the truck is a 29007 f 350 with factory brake controller and module same as before the axles were replaced with the same lippert 8000 lb axles and disc brake assemblies as before. thry just seem to be a little slower in reacting than they did before.

Probably needs to be bled better. A little bit of air in system makes a big difference in performance.
